Pisang Peak Climbing

Pisang Peak also known as Jong Ri is a pyramidal trekking peak above Pisang, a village on the Annapurna Circuit, within the Manang District, northern Nepal.

This summit peak is a total 14 days trek where you get to explore the atheistic beauty of the Himalayan range. Along with the wide mountain range one can also explore the flora fauna and the cultures & traditions of the locals.The heavenly beauty of Nepal can be explored in this summit peak.

Detailed Itinerary

After arriving in Kathmandu(1350m), you will be welcomed by our office representative and transfer you to your hotel. Take your time to get refreshed and rest enough after hours of long journey to Kathmandu. Later you’ll be called to the hotel lobby to brief about your stay in Nepal.

You will be driven to Besisahar which takes around 6 hours from Kathmandu. You will be having an overnight there.

The next day, after having breakfast , you will be drive towards Chame having an altitude of 2630m. It will take around 6 to 7 hours to reach there.

You will have to walk for about 6 hrs to reach Pisang.

You will have a full rest day in Pisang. You can even explore this area as well as the lifestyle of locals living in this region.

The next day you will need to climb for about 4 to 5 hours to reach Pisang Base Camp. You will be having a camp in this area.

On the 7th & 8th day, you will be having a climbing training at the High camp. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be scheduled as per the training session.

You will have to start climbing in the early morning from the base camp to summit the peak. After the summit you will need to return back to the base camp where you will be having another night.

If the weather somehow becomes bad or if it is not possible to make summit on the summit day then this day is separated as the summit day.

The other day you will be heading back to Chame where you will have the night over. It will take around 7 hours to reach there by foot.

After staying a night in Chame you will be driven back to Besisahar where the summit peak is about to end.

The next day after having breakfast you will be driven back to Kathmandu which will take around 6 hours from Besisahar. You will be dropped to the hotel by the guide and have a light over there.

The last day, you will be dropped to the Tribhuwan airport by our office representative or your guide.
