Devi Treks is an initiative of young mountaineers born and raised in the mountainous area of Nepal with the aim to promote the mountaineering and tourism industry of Nepal. We look forward to providing the utmost satisfaction and adventure experience in the mountains along with the safety and security of our clients. The company is managed by Dorchi Wangdak Bhote, along with his professional and experienced team members.
The team has extensive knowledge and management skills about mountaineering and trekking in Nepal, and Tibet.
One of the youngest climbers in our team, Namje Bhote is born and raised in Hatiya-3, Sankhuwasabha, which is located to the eastern part of Nepal, the land of Mount Makalu (World’s 5th highest mountain).
Namja was one of the rope fixer from Base camp to the summit of Mt. Manaslu in 2019, he has already scaled the Mount Everest for 5 times, Mt. Manaslu 2 times and Mt. Amadablam for 5 times. He also about a decade experience in the mountaineering industry of Nepal therefore he is in our team for mountaineering expedition as a team leader.
Almost all the team members at Ultimate Himalaya are from same village of Sankhuwasabha, Ringin Bhote is also born and raised in Hatiya-1, Sankhuwasabha, which is located to the eastern part of Nepal, the land of Mount Makalu (World’s 5th highest mountain).
He is one of the experienced leader in our team, like other members he has also12 years of working experience in the mountains of Nepal and successfully scaled the Mount Everest for 6 times, Mount Manaslu 1 time, and Mount Amadamblam for 7 times.
5 times Everest summiteer Mr. Pasang Bhote is also born and raised in Hatiya 3, Sankhuwasabha, which is located to the eastern part of Nepal, the land of Mount Makalu (World’s 5th highest mountain). Pasang has 14 years of experience in the mountaineering expeditions; therefore he is one of the expedition leaders we have in our team. He has lead many successful expeditions in Nepal, beside Mt. Everest; he has scaled Mt. Manaslu 3 time and 7 times in the Amadablam.
Mr. Datuk Bhote, One of the first rope fixers in the Mount Everest in 2017 and 2018 and also in Amadablam, one of the most technical mountains in Nepal.
Datuk is born and raised in Chepuwa 2, Sankhuwasabha, which is located to the eastern part of Nepal, the land of Mount Makalu (World’s 5th highest mountain). He has more than a decade experience in the mountaineering industry of Nepal.
He has scaled the Mount Everest for 6 times and Mount Amadamblam for 7 times, he is one of the expedition leaders we have in our team especially for peak above 7000 to 8000 meters.
He is born and raised in Hatiya-3, Sankhuwasabha, which is located to the eastern part of Nepal, the land of Mount Makalu (World’s 5th highest mountain).
Pekma Lama Bhote has more than 15 years of work experience in the trekking industry of Nepal therefore his role at our company is to manage trekking activities and to work as trekking leader.
Besides trekking, he has scaled Mount Everest, Mount Amadablam and many 6000m peaks
Tanka was born and raised in Kathmandu. He belongs to the ethnic Gurung community and is a practicing Buddhist. Tanka first started working as a guide in 2008. In addition to holding a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, he has done his Wilderness and First Aid course from SOLO wilderness medicine school. Since then, he began his career as a trekking guide and has trekked extensively throughout the Annapurnas, Everest Region, Mustang, Mera Peak, and Langtang Valley to name a few. He completed his tourist guide course in 2014 and has been working as a city guide or a tourist guide and in addition to being a highly competent guide, Tanka is a very friendly and easy going person. Most of his clients claim to have found a friend in him and likewise Tanka takes pride of the fact that he has friends from all over the world.
